I’m Andrea Peluso, a sound engineer and field recordist based in Udine.
I work with sound as a material — recording, shaping, and designing sonic environments for documentaries, installations, and artistic projects.
My practice moves between technical precision and attentive listening, with a strong focus on natural and spatial audio.
Over the past years, I’ve developed my work across different contexts: from documentary production as a boom operator and sound editor, to environmental recordings for immersive installations and audiovisual works.
Alongside my work in the field, I design and build handmade contact microphones and hydrophones for the Organic Audio project, exploring sound through both craft and experimentation.
I’m particularly interested in the relationship between sound, space, and perception — capturing subtle details and transforming them into immersive listening experiences.
Available for collaborations in film, art, and sound-based projects.
