A young Kyrgyz girl gathers the horses inside the shelter. She asks me to stay away from the stable because the horses might get scared... but I still manage to make a recording a few steps away from them. (Kirghizistan, Lake Songkol)During a visit to the blue mosque, the only mosque in Yerevan, the song calls to prayer immersed in the noise of the capital's city traffic. (Armenia, Yerevan)Among the scents and colors of the Bazaar, I took an audio recording of a walk among the market stalls. (Kirghizistan, Biškek)The recording was made with contact microphones of my own production. What you can hear is a large metallic structure resonating through the strong wind.
